Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged or incorrect item
If the customer happens to receive a ‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ item, the customer can return the item by raising a refund or exchange query by sending an email to [email protected] with the following details within 24 hours after receiving the order.
(Name, Address, Mail address, Order number, Item number(s) to return, Reason for your return, An image of the ‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ item)
For the items acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ we will request the customer to return the purchased item.
Customer should ensure that the return item is brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. If we find that the item has not been returned in the above condition, the return will not be approved.
Local Orders: All returns should be made within 07 days of the delivery date.
Once the return is received at our office (No 5/11 3rd Street, Thiruneermalai Rd, Sripuram, Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600044) we will either repair the item or replace the item with a new one. If the product is not available, we will issue you with a Gift Voucher. No cash refunds are welcome.
We will bear the courier/ freight charges as applicable.
Exchange
Exchange is allowed only for the local customers.
Customer has 7 days from the delivery date to exchange the item purchased through zuspelle.com by handing over the item to our office (No 5/11 3rd Street, Thiruneermalai Rd, Sripuram, Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600044) with the original receipt.
Exchange can only be made for different sizes or different colors of the same item based on the availability of the item and no cash refunds are welcome.
General Exceptions
*Discounted items will not be exchanged.
*Gift vouchers will not be refunded.
*In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
